Does the membership renew automatically?
Yes: the membership renews automatically at €39/year. You get an email before every renewal date and you can cancel any time, in one click, no reason needed.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. And above all: every track you downloaded stays yours, for good.
How is it different from The Collection?
The Collection is a one-time purchase that gives you the current catalogue. Premium adds every new release of the year, the member-only exclusives, streaming, playlists and the member space.
Do I have to sign in every time?
No. There is no password: the first sign-in happens through a link sent by email, then your browser keeps you signed in. You reopen the space and you're straight in. On a new device, you just ask for another link.
Which audio format?
Mastered 320 kbps MP3, for streaming and downloads alike — the same master as on the USB stick.
Which devices can I listen on?
All of them: the member space is a website, it opens in the browser of your phone, tablet or computer. Nothing to install, and downloaded tracks play anywhere.
What about the right of withdrawal?
